Let's start with the scenery in Special Tee Shot: the objects it shares with Kirby Bowl are sandpaper, arrow tiles, conveyor belts, water, directional grass, and trampolines. There's some strong proof in the way Test Courses 1-4 function that gives them away as leftovers from Special Tee Shot.
